NutriVolv Accounting and Google Drive
Avicential Ltd trading as NutriVolv operates NutriVolv Accounting to support its internal accounting and document-management activities.
Information we use
With the account owner’s authorisation, the application accesses Google account information, Google Drive file details and accounting documents. These may contain names, contact details, invoice references, payment information and bank details.
The Google Drive permission allows broad access. The application’s intended use is limited to designated accounting folders.
How we use information
We use this information to organise documents, reconcile invoices and payments, prepare reports and maintain operational records.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and sharing
Documents and reports are stored in Google Drive. Application records are stored with our hosting provider, Render.
Information is processed by these providers to deliver the service and is accessible to authorised people supporting the accounting work. It is not made public through this website.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for as long as needed for accounting, operational and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. This stops future access but does not automatically delete existing records.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact info@nutrivolv.com. Requests will be assessed against applicable retention obligations.
Data protection
We use authenticated HTTPS connections and access controls to protect information. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
