How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery within the UK can take between 2 to 3 working days if ordered before 1pm.

 

What are the delivery options?

There are currently two delivery options for UK delivery:

Royal Mail 48:   Free

Royal Mail 24:   £2.99

 

What is the minimum for free delivery?

There is no minimum order for free delivery in the UK.

 

Do you deliver worldwide?

At the moment, we only retail within the EU with current focus of deliveries being within the UK. If you wish to place an order for delivery within the EU, please contact us via email to discuss this.

 

Do you offer a secure payment gateway when placing an order online?

Yes, we offer two secure payment gateway methods: Paypal and First Data UK.

 

How can I leave a review if I love your product?

You can leave a review on each product page under the tab called “Reviews”. Enter your star rating, nickname, reason for purchase and comments.

 

I would like to retail NutriVolv supplements. Do you have a service for trade customers?

We are offering trade prices for Business customers. Please click here and fill in your details on the form to register your interest. We will then be in touch should we have availability.

 

Can I collect my order?

Regrettably, we do not currently offer collections at our manufacturing premises. Please place your order through the website. We have same day weekday dispatch if the order is placed before 1pm. There is no minimum order.

 

How long does the food supplement take to work?

Food supplements generally have a cumulative effect.

 

Can I take more than the recommended dosage?

Please see the recommended dosage on the back of the product or please view the Additional Information tab on the product pages on our website. For further advice on custom dosages, please speak to your nutritionist.

 

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for the delivery to reach you. If your order has not arrived within the expected date, please check with your local delivery office.

If not there, send an email to info@nutrivolv.com with your order number and confirm your delivery address. The issue will be investigated as soon as possible.

 

I have a question about the product that I cannot find on your product page. What do I do?

Our products are Food Supplements and all the information we hold is on the product page or on the product itself. If you are taking any prescribed medication or have any medical conditions always consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamins or supplements.

 

Can you take my order by telephone?

Currently telephone orders are not carried out. Please place all orders on www.nutrivolv.com

 

I placed an order online but I am not sure if it has gone through. How do I check?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order when it has been placed. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox. If you did not receive an email confirmation, send an email to info@nutrivolv.com with your order details and we will then investigate for you. The simplest method is to create an account before you place your order and you can access your previous orders from within your account.

 

I have an error while placing an order, what should I do?

Please send an email to info@nutrivolv.com with your error and this will be investigated by our team.
